Need to return something?
Items have to be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact). Items that are not met with these conditions will be rejected.
Orders made with promotional codes, sales items and accessories cannot be returned.
Here’s how to make a return:
- Email email@example.com with your name, order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Upon receiving your email, we will send you a returns form. Please fill in the form, print it out and include it in the return parcel. We only accept parcels with the returns form included.
- Send your parcel using trackable delivery to:

Return parcels are to reach us within 14 days (Singapore) and 21 days (International) from the date of dispatch of your original order.
Returns may only be processed when your parcel reaches us.
Shipping and handling charges which have already been incurred are not refundable.
All related shipping costs (including custom duty taxes) for return goods will be borne by the customer.
I’ve received a faulty/incorrect item. What should I do?
We are so sorry for sending you a faulty or incorrect item! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number along with a photograph of the defect or incorrect item.
Please refrain from mailing us the faulty/incorrect item(s) before we have processed your request. We will be in touch once we assess the defect or incorrect item.
Do note that items have to be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with its tags intact).
A replacement will be provided for faulty or incorrect returns. If a replacement is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
If you’ve received a faulty/incorrect item, please keep your shipping receipt and we will credit it back to you.
