Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide!

How much is shipping?

If you live in Singapore, shipping is $3.99 by Qxpress. Orders above $100 will get free shipping.

For international orders, shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination. To find out the rates add the items to cart and you'll see the rates just before checkout!

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

If you’re in Singapore, your order will be delivered in 1-3 working days from date of dispatch.

To find out delivery time of international orders, please add your items to cart and you will see the approximate delivery time along with the shipping rates just before checkout.

Will I be charged taxes and duties on my order?

Taxes and duties vary between different countries. Please check import tax fees for the country that you are living in. International customers assume responsibility for any duties or taxes that may be incurred from customs.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

We process orders quickly, so we will do our best to accommodate any changes. Email us at info@shopoutfyt.com as soon as possible! 

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once your items are shipped, we are not liable if they are lost or stolen. However, please contact us and we will try to sort it out for you!

What happens if I put the wrong address or didn't claim my parcel?

Parcels returned to Outfyt for wrong addresses, unclaimed or refused parcels will be subject to a charge of the return courier cost as well as a re-sending fee.



Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchanges policy?

We accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with its tags still attached within 14 days of their ship date for local orders and 21 days for international orders.

Items that are not met with these conditions will be rejected.

Orders made with promotional codes, sales items and accessories cannot be returned.

How do I make a return? (Singapore Only)

To mail it in:

  1. Email info@shopoutfyt.com with your name, order number and reason for return.

  2. Upon receiving your email, we will send you a returns form. Please fill in the form, print it out and include it in the return parcel. We only accept parcels with the returns form included.

  3. Send your parcel using trackable delivery to:

    35 Haji Lane
    Singapore 189228

  4. Once your parcel is received by us and checked, we will proceed to process your refund to your original form of payment.

 

To ensure a successful return, all returns must be shipped back by a trackable shipping method. We will not be responsible for parcels lost in the shipping process.

 

To drop it off:

  1. Email info@shopoutfyt.com with your name, order number, reason for return and when you’d like to drop off the items at 35 Haji Lane.

  2. We’ll confirm the drop off date and time with you and look forward to welcoming you to our boutique!

 

Return parcels are to reach us within 14 days.

Returns may only be processed when your parcel reaches us. 

Shipping and handling charges which have already been incurred are not refundable. 

All related shipping costs for return goods will be borne by the customer.

How do I make an exchange? (Singapore Only)

To mail it in:

    1. Email info@shopoutfyt.com with your name, order number and reason for exchange.

    2. Upon receiving your email, we will send you an exchanges form. Please fill in the form, print it out and include it in the return parcel. We only accept parcels with the exchanges form included.

    3. Send your parcel using trackable delivery to:

      Singapore 189228

    4. Once your parcel is received by us and checked, we will proceed to process your exchange. If your requested exchange items sell out, you will automatically be refunded to your original form of payment.

 

To ensure a successful exchange, all parcels must be shipped back by a trackable shipping method. We will not be responsible for parcels lost in the shipping process.

 

To drop it off:

  1. Email info@shopoutfyt.com with your name, order number, reason for exchange and when you’d like to drop by 35 Haji Lane to do the exchange.

  2. We’ll confirm the date and time with you and look forward to welcoming you to our boutique!

What about returns or exchanges for International orders?

For returns:

  1. Email info@shopoutfyt.com with your name, order number and reason for return.

  2. Upon receiving your email, we will send you a returns form. Please fill in the form, print it out and include it in the return parcel. We only accept parcels with the returns form included.

  3. Send your parcel using trackable delivery to:

  4. Once your parcel is received by us and checked, we will proceed to process your refund to your original form of payment.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for any change in currency rates.

 

 

For exchanges:

  1. Email info@shopoutfyt.com with your name, order number and reason for exchange.

  2. Upon receiving your email, we will send you an exchanges form. Please fill in the form, print it out and include it in the return parcel. We only accept parcels with the exchanges form included.

  3. Send your parcel using trackable delivery to:

  4. Once your parcel is received by us and checked, we will proceed to refund the amount to a gift card. You will receive a unique gift card code by email which you may use to place a new order for the item and size you would like.

 

International return parcels are to reach us within 21 days.

To ensure a successful return/exchange, all parcels must be shipped back by a trackable shipping method. We will not be responsible for parcels lost in the shipping process.

Need to exchange a gift?

Write in to info@shopoutfyt.com to proceed with the exchange by mail or make an appointment to visit the store. Do remember to have the order number on hand!

What items are final sale?

All discounted purchases and e-Gift Cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Product Care

How do I care for my Outfyt pieces?

Hand wash or machine wash cold with like colours using a delicate cycle. 
Turn them inside out and use a laundry bag (provided with every Outfyt purchase) to protect your garments in the wash. 
Hang dry or lay flat to dry in the shade.

Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Do not wring. Do not tumble dry.

For Bras: We recommend removing the cups, as it helps keep the original shape. Hand wash cups in cold water, lay flat to dry. 

Can I use your sports bras to swim?

We would recommend swimming in the sports bras that use the Eco Luxe fabric. When viewing all products, you can choose to filter by Eco Luxe only.

The Eco Luxe fabric is ultra chlorine resistant, UV protective (UPF 50+) and resistant to sun cream and oil which makes it perfect for swimming! 

Sustainability

How is Outfyt sustainable?

We have come a long way since we started the brand, mainly because the environment is important to us. Working on improving our sustainability program is something we constantly do and we hope you will join us on this journey.

We exclusively use recycled fabrics, compostable packaging and work only with ethical manufacturers. 

We also have introduced a second life program to make sure that the lifespan of every item is maximised.

What are your recycled fabrics made of?

The fabrics we use for all collections are made out of ECONYL® Regenerated Nylon. It is made by recovering nylon waste such as fishing nets recovered from the Ocean and carpets destined for landfill. They are collected and recycled into virgin quality nylon yarn.

Are your fabrics certified?

Yes! Our fabrics are certified with the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®. This means that you can be certain that the fabric has been tested for harmful substances and that the item therefore is harmless for human health.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes it is! We make sure that there is no plastic used in our supply chain. Instead, we use biodegradable and home compostable mailers that are made out of cornstarch and cassava roots.

My order came with a mesh bag. What is it for?

It is a laundry bag that will not only care for your new garments but also trap micro plastics, keeping them from entering our waters.

What should I do with my Outfyt activewear that doesn't fit me anymore?

To promote a circular economy we have introduced a Second Life program to encourage an extended life span of each garment. If you have Outfyt pieces that are either too big or too small and you are not sure what to do with them you can mail/bring them to Outfyt at 35 Haji Lane in exchange for a 30% discount code on one new item.

The second hand items will be sold in store at 50% of their original value and the proceeds will be donated to Healthy Seas.

How do you make sure that the people making the clothes are treated fairly?

We carefully select trusted manufacturers that have the same sustainable and ethical vision as us and we usually visit them multiple times a year.

The working conditions are on par to western standards. The employees are paid well over the minimum wage monitored by the Local Manpower Department with decent working hours and workers receive double wages for overtime work. All employees receive free medical insurance which covers doctors' fees, prescribed medication and hospitalisation which is also extended to their spouse and up to three children. Other employee perks include a healthy freshly cooked meal for lunch every day. A strict no discrimination policy and no child labour practice is in place.

One thing we love about our manufacturer is that they love animals and take care of lots of stray cats and dogs.

How do you make sure not to contribute to landfill?

We are passionate about slow fashion, which is why our designs are made in small batches and not mass produced. We strive to contribute to a circular economy based on pre-production research, mindful design and ending in a Second Life Program extending the life span of each Outfyt.

How does Outfyt give back?

With every purchase you make, 1% of proceeds will be donated to Healthy Seas. They are a non-profit organisation dedicated to clean the seas of marine litter. This donation will go towards cleaning the seas, saving marine wildlife, preventing future pollution, and recycling resources.

The fishing nets collected by Healthy Seas divers and fishermen are brought into the ECONYL® regeneration system, in which they are transformed into new, high-quality yarn 
which we are using for all our collections.
